The first triathlon for a very long while was held at KMFC on Sunday 12th September.
The turnout was excellent -- twelve competitors and several helpers.
The event called for competitors to fly the one model with 2.5 cc engine in stunt, racing, and combat.
The variety of skills called for brought forward a very different list of winners than the usual racing days.
The usual KMFC winners like Steve Rothwell, Walter Bolliger, and John Goodwin didn't get much of a look in.
The one-chance-only events of stunt and racing penalised people pretty severely for any mistake or bad engine run.
