New club logo to be designed |

The current club logo was designed to replace an older two-dimensional logo designed way back when. The current logo does not reflect the multi-dimensional nature of the club, It seems to indicate that KMFC is a CL Aerobatics club whereas this has never been true. Now, more than ever, the logo should reflect that the club has a world champion racer as a member and that racing is a key activity of the club. The new logo should:
- perhaps carry the Thunderbird classic stunt ship design, and
- include an iconic racing design, or
- be totally abstract, and
- be of neutral colours that do not clash with the colour schemes of most models (the current red and yellow scheme does not sit easily with most models' colour schemes.

The committee is asking members to draw a rough sketch of their ideas for the new logo and email or post it to the KMFC Secretary, John Nolan. It does not need to be done in computer graphics, pencil and paper is fine. |
