Ian Smith's farewell message
Farewell       To KMFC friends and colleagues: I have been a member of KMFC for 34 years, culminating with my presidency.  All of this time has been a great joy to me, and for me the field at St Ives is something of a "sacred site". However, times change.  For personal reasons I am leaving KMFC.  However I hope to visit often and maintain our fellowship.  Thank you again for all the caring, support, criticism and generosity.   Fly by wire   Ian               July 2009
