Splinter Vintage Combat Model - by Neil Holden
  Splinter Vintage Combat

Although the Andril appears to be the most popular vintage combat model, I thought I'd build the Splinter which is a model from the early days mainly flown by Martin Symonds at KMFC.
I built several back then & it was interesting building one now. Only 41 years have passed!
This is built to the original specification. It was designed by Bill Netzeband prior 1970.
It is a 39" span, 230 sq.in. with a narrow high aspect wing.

If anyone would care to build one, please contact me.

Have fun flying Neil Holden
